Question Spam, pop up thing.. ?

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I just got a pop up thing on here, and this article popped up. Is it just happening to me, or what?

Anyone else seeing this? If so, can you please note what ads you see anywhere on the page when it happens?

There should not be any pop ups.

I would also do a virus/malware check just in case.

Just an interesting thought, I clicked that link, and it brought up the town that I'm in.

I'm assuming that it changes for each person, based on their IP address?

(And no, it didn't pop up, I clicked the link in the OP).

That is why I suspected it could be malware or some sort. Usually that kind of thing wouldn't be put into the Google advertising network as an ad. Has anyone else seen this type of popup?

It came up but only when I clicked on the link. Had my ISP location in it.
