SS1 strap height

I can't find the measurement database, so if someone can link me to that, I can look it up.

Otherwise, does anyone know the height of the second set of slots on the SS1? My sister is due in from Oregon tomorrow night and the EFTA won't work in my grandma's car to my satisfaction, so I need to install a convertible with set heights. My niece is right AT the second harness height of her SS1, possibly 1/2 inch below.

The seats I have to try are the CCO and Uptown. Will the uptowns lowest slots be low enough?

Thank you for the link.

Since it only contains lowest and highest height measurements, I need a little more help. The SS1 has 3 sets of slots, right? So if the lowest is 8 inches and the highest is 12, the middle set would be 10?

If that's the case, then either seat I have would work. The uptown is listed as 9.5 and the CCO is listed at 9.

Yeah I think the middle set is right at 10. Just a sec and I'll measure.

CCO, without infant padding, bottom is 8, 2nd is 9.

SS1, bottom 7.5, 2nd 10.

The database lists the bottom slots of the SS1 at 8 inches, bottom slots of the Uptown at 9.5. Unless the SS1's slots are 1.5 or 2 inches apart, which I doubt, the Uptown's bottom slots will be too high.

How heavy is your niece? The infant insert is required on the Cco under 15 pounds, optional 15-20 pounds, not allowed over 20 pounds. I'm guessing An Aurora's DS is not using the insert. If your niece is under 20 pounds, then I'm thinking second slots for sure. If she is 15-20, you can always pull the insert out if she doesn't need it to be over the second slots.
