is there anywhere in Alberta or Saskatchewan that offer the course?

I am enrolling in college this coming fall, 2011 to become an LPN, and am thinking about getting my car seat tech course, as a second part. If I get employed at a hospital, like the one in our city, we don't have a Tech available, and I am thinking that it maybe a good one to have. I was wandering if there is anywhere in Alberta or Saskatchewan that offer the certification? Also, there is only one other in our area, and comes to Lloydminster about once a month or so, our car seat checks used to happen about once a month, and I believe that it has now been at least six since the last one.

I am interested as well! My local children's service agency asked that I help them with their carseats and to teach them how to use them properly. I refused since I am not certified but requested that they assist me in getting to a course in Alberta then I would be able to help them out.

I don't plan on running a course again until spring, but it will be in Edmonton when it happens and I am keeping a contact list of names and emails for when I am ready to plan the course. If you'd like to be added to the list just send me an email letting me know. :thumbsup:
