The First Years® Recalls American Red Cross® Cabinet Swing Locks; Latches Can Fail to Prevent Access by Children. Sold at: Toys R Us, Babies R Us and other retail stores nationwide and on the Internet from September 2008 through September 2010 for about $4 per pair.

Lowe's Stores Recall to Repair Roman Shades and Roll-Up Blinds; Two Near Strangulations Involved Young Children. Sold at: Lowe's stores, other retail stores and at www.lowes.com since at least 1999 through June 2010 (Roman shades) and between at least 1999 and January 2005 (roll-up blinds) for between $10 and $1,800.

AmerTac Recalls Forever-Glo® Cylinder Night Lights Due to Fire and Burn Hazard. Sold at: Hardware stores, lighting showrooms and home centers nationwide from May 2009 through September 2010 for about $5.

2011 Model Year Ranger Boats Model #Z520, Z521, Z522, 621VS, 620VS. A Specific capacitor used in the power distribution box may fail.

Frontier Natural Products Co-op, is voluntarily recalling two products manufactured with non-organic nutmeg that were sold under the Frontier brand and under the Whole Foods Market brand. The nutmeg has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Recalled products were sold in all 50 states and in some parts of Canada to distributors, retailers and consumers.

N.Y. Gourmet Salads, Inc., a Brooklyn, N.Y., establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of various meat and poultry products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The implicated products were produced between March 11, 2010, and Oct. 29, 2010, and were distributed to retail establishments in New York.

Johnson & Johnson-Merck Consumer Pharmaceuticals, Co. (JJMCP) is recalling, from the wholesale and retail level, twelve MYLANTA® liquid products and one AlternaGEL® liquid product. JJMCP is conducting the recall in order to update the labeling for these products. JJMCP initiated the recall after an internal review revealed that information about the presence of alcohol from flavoring agents was not noted on the packaging. Certain flavoring agents contribute small (< 1%) amounts of alcohol.
