Since it doesn't happen often, I thought I would share a pic of my dd1 who outgrew her MA by weight at 49 months 
. She weighed in at 64.5 lbs the morning of this pic at her 4 yr well child check-up. She was close on height as well, so it was probably time for a new seat anyway. She looks so huge in this seat, but she did still fit comfortably. She will be 7 in 2 months and still weighs 63 lbs, but in on the last notch in her Monterey and very close to outgrowing her Monarch by height. That will be the first seat she will have outgrown by height .
