What's wrong with this picture?

Just took the cover off today for the first time and it took me a second to figure out what was wrong. At least DS hasn't been using it, I think he's riden in it 5-6 times. Not even sure where this one came from, I think I bought if off of swap with a black cover.

Any idea if you can order replacement foam? Is the foam on the regular Indy the same as the Plus?

I sure hope you are able to find a foam replacement. I wonder if the seat was like that from the start as a manufacturer error.

Your not going to believe this but I *think* I have a piece of foam from my old Indy Plus downstairs...I'll go check.
