Accident and New seats

Our car was involved in an accident, and thank G-d none of the kids were inside, but our 3 seats all were.

The bumper was torn off and some damage in the hood. The rest of the car looks fine. The driver came out fine. Does this warrant new seats? (I hope ;))
Also, my insurance is Allstate - has anyone dealt with them and car seats - Can I buy my seats and give them receipts? I'm still waiting for the report from the police. I called them several times, and haven't reached them yet. I'll try to go today or Tuesday to my local police station to see how I can get the report. (They don't give it right away, you need to call to get it.)

The new seats: 1 FF, and the other 2 RF to share amongst 3 kids. 3 across in a Mercury Sable. 1 needs to be 40 lbs. to accomodate my oldest RF who's 33 lbs. now, and we need the seats by Sep. 20 for a trip we'll be taking then. (I have 1 Scenera at home as seat #4 for our trip.)
I'm thinking: 1 Radian Premier, 1 TF ARB and ???

5 yr. old: 35 lbs. currently in a Radian, and will get another Radian to replace. He's very short, which Radian should I get? (Top of bottom set of slots)

4 yr. old: 33 lbs., 3rd slot RF in TF (forgot torso height.) He's on the shorter side.
2 yr. old: 24 lbs. Scenera 2nd slot from bottom RF
8 month old: 13 lbs. 1st slot in TF

I am so glad to hear that no one was injured in that crash. Hopefully you won't have any issues getting the seats replaced.

Does the radian install well rearfacing in the Mercury Sable? If so, it might be good to get that seat for at least one of your rearfacing kids, as it should rearface for a while due to the higher rearfacing limits and it is narrow which might help with a 3-across scenerio.

Hopefully some Candian posters can give you some advice on which seats you might want to look at as well as advice on dealing with your insurance agency.
