need stroller recommendation

I have a 3 yr old (36 lbs) and a new baby due in may. It looks like because of his weight, our only option for a double stroller is a jogger? We have a toyota echo, and I'll need to fit whatever we get into the trunk.... We also don't have a lot of money to spend. I'm beginning to think we should just make him walk, but he goes at toddler-speed so I don't get much excercise.

Any ideas? Advice? If we do get a jogger, I want a revolving front wheel- I fight with our single jogger every day as it veers left no matter what I do!

Are you wanting this to be a dedicated outdoor stroller? The lower expense ones are going to be wider, and if I am correct may not fold as flat as the higher end jogging strollers. The width of them will not make the best to shop with because it may not fit through standard doorways.

What *exactly* is your budget. You may be able to find a high end stroller at a cheaper used price like on your local Craigslist, Ebay, or StrollerSwap on Yahoo Groups.

I would look at the Schwin, Instep, and Safetech stroller. Here is a thread awhile ago that you may find helpful also...
