A couple nautilus questions

I took the cover off of DD#4's nautilus so I could wash it and when I pulled the cover off of the headrest piece, the styrofoam piece came off. It says Do Not Remove, but it came right off. It isn't broken or anything and I can stick it back on (it doesn't appear to have been glued or anything). Is that okay? Should I contact graco? Glue it on? Leave it like it is? I've washed the cover before (on that one and the other nautilus we have) and I've never noticed it coming off...

Also, the adjuster strap is fraying just a little. That's okay isn't it? As long as it isn't major fraying (which it isn't)?

1. That's normal. "Do Not Remove" doesn't mean it can't come out. It just means you need to put it back in before using the seat again.

2. Your strap is likely fuzzing, which is very different from fraying, and not a safety issue. If you're worried, post a picture :)

Thanks :) And yeah, its fuzzing. I'm not really worried. I thought I remembered reading here that it wasn't a problem but wanted to post and make sure :)
