I'm stuck I can't decide if I want a Phil & Ted Classic, Sport or Explorer they are all so similar I don't know what would be better to have.

I couldn't tell you differences, but I have the sport model and we 
it. The doubles seat is a little difficult for me to get off but other than that it's a go to for me.

The explorer is the upgraded replacement of the sport (the sport is being discontinued). You also have the dash and the vibe. IMO, I like the sport/explorer level. I had a sport and just sold it to fund my preorder of the explorer.
The classic is really the bare bones of the P&T. In comparison to the sport, you get 3 position seat (instead of 4), 2 position handlebar (instead of 4), no bumper bar, regular canopy (no see through vent). The explorer has a rubber footwell (so now the fabric won't get dirty), a canopy on the doubles seat, the stroller can be used in toddler/toddler position with a car seat (can't use the car seat in doubles mode with the other models), better/easier brake, easier seat recline, one hand fold, a moveable canopy. The vibe is a lot more money but can fold with the doubles seat on, has EVA tires instead of air tires, multi position seat and handle and canopy.
So...short answer - I'd recommend the Sport if you're finding a good deal or buying off of craigslist. Otherwise, I'd go for the Explorer.

holy cow. Just looked at the explorer and I WANT it!!! I may have to trade my sport... wow that's a beauty.

I couldn't pass it up. Had to sell off 2 other strollers in addition to my sport to fund it - but was just alerted that they should be shipping out this week!

the explorer isn't that much more than the sport and the car seat adapter is nice since we are planning #2 now to convince DH we need it and to find somewhere that will ship to an APO without it costing an arm and leg
