That's an excellent certificate even though I'd prefer keeping dd longer in a harness than a booster.

I could have used it today on base when I saw a mom send her two kids into the car just as a wake up call.
The petite daughter (abt 35") had a 5 pt harness, but the older brother didn't even have a booster. He was probably about 6 and barely taller than my dd -- possibly 41"?
The adult seatbelt was way too big on him & came across his throat. :mad:
I bet he pops it over his head for a better fit. :(
But they were in complete accordance with TX laws :( :mad:

Yeah, I'd like something better, but I figure it's good to give out to those who don't even use a booster. The readiness list I thought was good to see on there even if it was missing 2 points.
