Every time I install 7yo's Nauti (seatbelt, 3rd row 2005 Yukon XL, leather), it's tight when I'm done. No movement at the belt path. And no matter how tight it is, it eventually loosens- I twist the female buckle stalk, locking retractor belts and it does shift a bit at the belt path- more like front to back movement of the seat than side to side if that makes sense. It's not huge, but I think it's probably 2". She wants to stay harnessed in her Nauti but I'm wondering if boostering her wouldn't be safer since the install of the Nauti isn't 100% perfect. She's 36lbs and does fit well in the Monterey and I would buy a ProBooster to see if the fit is even more perfect, but the Monterey would definately be acceptable. She's exactly 7.5yo and very mature- sits better in a booster than my 10yo, actually.
