So, what did you get at the TRU 20% trade in?

I special ordered a Parkway in Onyx.

Staff were unhelpful, but in the end, I persisted.

Anyone know how long a SO Parkway will take??

I asked about a Parkway at the Kamloops store back in January. I know that they usually say 6-8 weeks to be safe but at that point she told me it would be a week.

We are good for seats here but I did get to pick up a TF for a new c-s.org friend. It was pretty painless but I knew exactly what I was looking for too. Actually, the staff at the Kamloops store have always been very helpful. I wouldn't necessarily say that they know their stuff with the seats but they are always more than happy to look up the info on their computer and always happy to hear info that I have too.

I bought a regular true fit. The lock offs are a bit annoying, but my dd seems very comfy in it and has lots of room to grow.

Very helpful & accommodating, and don't try to "sell" me on stuff like Zellers does. But... as I was leaving, I heard the sales associate telling a young pregnant woman that she would "need one of these (vaguely indicated infant buckets) until age 1, and then a forward facing seat like these (vaguely indicated convertibles & harnessed combos)".

So, what did you get at the TRU 20% trade in?
