Violation of Federal Mattress Flammability Standard Prompts Recall of Mattress Sets by Tropical Bedding. Sold at: City Mattress and furniture stores in Puerto Rico from July 2007 through September 2009 for between $30 and $135.

Wood Burning Stoves Recalled by SCAN Andersen Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: Company dealers and distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada from March, 2009 to February, 2010.

WinCo Foods announced today that it is issuing an expansion of the Class 1 recall on all fresh ground beef products sold at all WinCo Foods stores due to a possible E. coli 0157:H7 risk. The product under recall is all fresh ground beef packed in styrofoam trays with a sale date of March 28, 2010 through April 9, 2010.

Beltex Corporation, a Fort Worth, Texas, establishment, is recalling approximately 135,500 pounds of FRONTIER MEATS brand beef trim products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were produced on Oct. 28, 2009, Nov. 20, 2009, Feb. 19, 2010, or April 2, 2010, and were distributed to wholesalers and other federal establishments in the States of Georgia, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.

Purina Mills, LLC, is voluntarily recalling two specific lots of 50-pound bags of Strategy® Professional Formula GX horse feed and one lot of Layena® SunFresh® Recipe Pellet poultry feed. The recall is being implemented due to the discovery of metal fragments in a limited number of bags from one of the Strategy® product lots. The products being recalled were manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 24-25, 2010. They were shipped to retailers and dealers in Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri and Virginia.
