Hi,
I'm Suz, momofranda at ivillage. I see some familiar names here. I don't often frequent any of the ivillage boards any longer for the same reasons as many, too darn slow and they make my computer freeze up.
My 3 girls are growing up. #1 is 10 1/2 (90+ lbs and ? height, but tall) and rides without a seat now. #2 is 7 1/2 (50 lbs, 50 inches) and rides in a HBTB or an Ambassador. #3 is 4 1/2 (34 lbs, 39 inches) and rides in a RA and MA. I'm guessing we have about 4 months before she outgrows the RA in height. I'm researching my next seat for her. I'd really like a Recaro YS, but dh isn't too keen on spending that much. I may end up just moving the MA into the van and never having her ride in dh's car. It has a lapbelt only in the center so the MA is currently there. But, I don't want her unharnessed in our most used vehicle until she is at least 40 lbs. The only real problem with that is our narrow driveway. When dh is home, his car is behind the van so we have to play musical cars. I can deal with that if I have to.
Anyway, I'm just hanging out to learn again. No real questions at this time.
