Where do I find a Vivo? Why are they out of stock?

I have been looking for a Vivo but they are out of stock. Does anyone know why? Or when they will be available again?

One of our local baby shops, Baby Earth, was expecting a shipment around this time, but they're still showing as out of stock so far. Could be a retooling of the seat and that's why nearly everywhere's out (longer than normal gap in being able to order more), or something else. Supposedly there were cover changes going on, but I'm not sure.

Oddly enough, recarochildseats.com shows "In stock" as the status, but says they're backordered with a mid-April delivery date in blue in the text, so I'm not sure what to believe there.
