Advice for narrow 5 pt convertible or booster?

Hi all! I've browsed these forums in the past and am so impressed by the amount of information. I thought perhaps you all could help me out. (Sorry in advance it is so long!)

I need to figure out how to fit 3 seats across in my 2010 Outback. It's far wider than older Outback models, but apparently still not quite wide enough to be able to just do whatever I want. :) I just tried my 2 Truefits with a Nautilus and that was a big fail! So I'm hoping you all can help me out a bit. My backup plan is to get a Radian for between the Truefits but I really liked now the Nautilus converted to boster for later on.

Anyway, here are the specifics of my problem. I have a 39ish pound girl average height who will be 4 in July, at 21ish pound boy who will be 17 months in July, and I'm due in July with my 3rd. My original plan was to have the little ones rearfacing in my TrueFits and the oldest in the center in the Nautilus. Well, I tried that combo today and the door wouldn't shut! So that's out.

If there are any ideas for seats that will fit, I'd love to hear them. I'm using the Radian XT as my backup plan (though I'm a little scared that that might not fit either, I have a hard time visualizing space issues like that - but hopefully since it is 2.5 inches narrower with a narrow base it would work), but ideally I'd love something similar to how the Nautilus converted to booster use later on.

Thanks for any advice you can give me! The 2010 Outback is quite a bit wider than previous models and has been updated to have LATCH as well as upper tethers in all 3 seats. I am just hoping I'm not going to have to replace one of the TrueFits as I really really really love that seat. :)

radians can have some real install problems with seatbelt in subarus, unfortunately. Or at least in older models. I would try a nautilus in the middle, radian outboard for your 17 mo and a concorro, scenera, or narrow bucket for the baby and see if they fit. If that doesn't work, I'd try a maestro for your oldest.
