Getting a more upright fit

Here are pictures of my install.
What I do is connect the latch, and then push/ kneel on the part where DS's feet go. DH pushes forward on the back of the seat, and pulls hard on the tightening strap.
It's a rock-solid install and pretty upright for a Radian.
I tried doing it the way pp posted, but it kept sliding back into the seat bight when we would go to tighten it, or it would be a loose install.
