Do I need to replace GN

Hubby went out and checked the roads last night we got 6 to 10 inches of snow. He said he sled off the road and got stuck. He did not hit anything and there is no damage to truck. DDs GN installed seatbelt and teather. Its fine right as he did not hit anything?
