Okay, I"ve read the manual, I've looked online. I can't get these things to BUDGE! They seem to me to be way too high for DD... I think they need to come down.. I can't get them to move either way.. what am I doing wrong? Is there a trick???

THANK YOU!

Right above the plastic foam here

Foam removed for a better pic (under the foam piece is where the tether is attached)

Just put your hands under the cover at the base of the wings on both sides and push up to get it up, and at the top, under the cover at the top of the wings and push down to get it down.
