Does it work rf? I am recommending it to someone but I wanted to double check since I know they old Radians had problems with Toyotas.

Toyota Sequoia and the Radian XTSL

I can't say for certain if the Radian is compatible with the Sequoia but odds are probably favorable for it RF as that's a full sized SUV, IIRC. Toyotas with advanced frontal airbags do disallow touching the front seatbacks with a carseat, so ideally it could be tried out before buying, though. Have you tried checking the successful Radian install thread by any chance? That's a good place to search for compatibility combinations for a particular vehicle. 
I also wish to dispel the apparent notion that original or newer Radian models and Toyotas don't get along in general because it's not truly the case, no more so than other vehicle brands. It's something that once was mistakenly thought to be the case just based on some challenges in installing a Radian in a particular Toyota model, the Sienna, that somehow got mistakenly broadened to all Toyotas for some reason.
