My sister is having her little girl on Feb 1 (baring her going into labor earlier) and we have agreed to buy the travel system. She has asked for this Evenflo Aura Travel System but I have encouraged her to look at other options since the included Embrace is rear adjust and a difficult squeeze due to the required handle positions and required 1.5 inch clearance.

The requirements are:

-Must be a travel system with infant seat. She is not interested in a convertible or an infant seat and a frame stroller.
-Must be pink.
-Must be front adjust.

Things that would be nice, but may not happen due to budgetary restrictions:

-Included infant padding/ head support would be good since she is a big fan of after market accessories and will use one if the seat doesn't provide one. (Nothing will convince her otherwise, I've tried.)
-The baby has hypoplastic left heart syndrome and will probably be tiny. My sister thinks the baby will be over 5lbs when she leaves the hospital after surgery #1, but I'd love to have a seat with a minimum of 3 or 4 lbs so we don't have issues (She took home my nephew at 3lb 8 oz in a 5 lb minimum infant seat with a snuzzler to make him fit :()

And finally my budget is $175ish, including shipping

I wish it were a possibility, but it just isn't. Unfortunately carseat safety is not highly valued by my family and they tend to see it as money wasted. (The only reason my sister is even considering a system other than the Aura is because I received that system for Oliver when he was a newborn and she remembers me complaining about what a pain it was and that I switched him to a convertible the moment he fit properly because of it. She hates rear facing convertibles with a passion.)

Some Ideas of what I might get if I were in your shoes, of course I haven't done tons of research, so.

Baby Trend Jogger TS - $160 shipped. "Walmart"
No it's not pink, but I despice Gracos. My SIL had one and my son and her son always fell out because the way the seat and fabric was made if you didn't have them clipped in OR clipped in properly they'd just slide on out. This got good reviews and didn't have many problems while going through the reviews. It's also a jogger.

(Seat 5-22lbs)

Graco Passage TS - $199 Shipped. Great Reviews "5stars" & I think it is absolutely adorable...

I also wanted to mention that If you have a walmart in your area do the Site to Store shipping, Its as easy as walking into the store to shop, you get free shipping, & Our Customer Service was on the ball about it so we were in and out.

There s also the Chicco Key Fit travel system, Which I failed to find in pink but was in a VERY cute yellow pattern! It was $250+ though, might be able to find it cheaper!

Good Luck!
I hope you get some more help! :)

The safety 1st aerolite sport travel system comes with an onboard 35 infant seat. It costs $209, but you might be able to find it cheaper/find a coupon to get it lower. It's at safety1st.com. Would it be okay if you found the infant seat and then bought a stroller separately?

So long as they are compatible and match. (I've never really used a travel system/ stroller, so I have no idea what stollers are compatible with each infant seat...

What about the combi shuttle and the combi flare stroller in papaya? It's more orange than pink, but it's rated from birth so it might work. It was $204.96 for both at babyage.com with free shipping.

Well, she's decided on one of the systems with a rear adjust Snugride.. She's just not comfortable having so much spent/spending on a carseat and stroller.

This one is a front adjustable Snug Ride (only goes to 22 lbs) at BRU: http://http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3350010

What about this travel system? It is $220 at BRU. It is still only the 22lb Snug Ride, but it is pink and a has a front adjuster. http://http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3420750&siteID=pLL3Qfvv64o-5MkdnFtCHAxBxezaB_KgjQ

BTW our Metro Lite stroller was crap! We used it for 18 mos. I was never happy with it. I love our Maclaren and still use it with a five year old. Is she sure she will stick with a Graco stroller? Has she tried out strollers? IMO there are much better ones on the market.
