Saying her butt/back hurts.......

We took DH's truck to Christmas in Iowa yesterday (it's a 1.5 hour drive) and Laila rode in her Vivo booster (we have lots of snow and drifts and I decided she sits well enough in it to not wrestle her Nautilus out of my car and switch them). When we got up there, she said her back hurt :( and then when we got home (she fell asleep) and I got her out, she said her butt was sore too. That's the first time she's rode very far in it, is this a common complaint or was she just being a drama queen? (very possible) :)

just looking at her legs in your current siggy and comparing them to Ruthie's (whose do NOT bend at the edge of the Nautilus), I'd wonder if she's simply at the point of needing some leg support... lightweight footstool might be good for her, as she looks leggy.

legs can make the butt and back not so happy when they are getting tingly.

Now if they aren't long enough for a foot stool, have her try what Ruthie did, before she zonked out and her legs toppled down... rest her feet on the edge of the vehicle seat in front of her booster... as long as she's not slouching to accomplish this, it shouldn't be a problem.... it will only probably allow her heels or 1/2 of her foot (The back half), but Ruthie loved doing that so she could play with her pikachu and Turtwig on her knees... and make them have a pokemon battle.
