Is there a page with the UA (User Agreement)? I found general FAQs but nothing that states specifically what's allowed and not allowed here, and I am pretty sure I've seen this before?

There is no real user agreement. It's mostly at discretion of the moderators and admins as to what is allowed. General guidelines can be found here-

No problem! I'd need a legal staff to write up something iron clad enough to use as a terms of service and then to enforce it impartially. It's a little less formal here than some big forums, so we do the best wit' what we got. Sometimes that makes for exceptions, mistakes or differing interpretations, but hopefully it is reasonably fair most of the time.
