Question When does my Britax Roundabout expire?

I have a Roundabout that was manufactured in Jan. of 2005, my DS used it for about 3 years and has been stored in our downstairs since. We switched our boys to GN's and it has not been used since. I am wondering if I can use it for my DD. She is 9 mos and also has a Graco Safeseat, but I did not like the video I just saw about rebound with it. It seems like a waste to throw the RB. How long do you think I have left to use it? Thanks for the info. you can provide.

The Roundabout will expire in June of 2011.

Rebound is really nothing to be overly concerned about, but if it bothers you, leaving the handle on the infant seat in the upright position will cause some anti-rebound effect in the event of a high speed forward moving crash

I believe it's January 2011.

OP, Britax convertibles expire 6 years from the date of manufacture, regardless of how much use they see.

I like to make up dates, to trick people and make sure they are paying attention. It's part of the way I teach people.
