help w/Top Tether 01 Ford Excursion

Hi all, visiting inlaws out of town and don't have my LATCH book with me, and have never installed in an Excursion before.

My sil has an 01 Excurison - we have 2 seats in the 3rd row - one RF and one FF. There are no LATCH in the third row, got a rock solid install with the seatbelt, but really need to top tether it. Can we use the factory installed cargo hooks on the floor of the cargo area?

The third row has no tether anchors. Just in case it's actually an 02, there will be 1 tether anchor for the right hand seat hear the end of the seat cushion back frame.

Thanks Melissa. It's an 01 but there are cargo hooks on the floor in the back part. Can I tether to that? My niece is a light weight but her seat is FF only. :( Did get my 13mo niece turned RF again though.

There's no mention about tethering to the cargo anchors in the LATCH manual. I would assume that they are not reinforced.
