They are issuing a recall, because it is missing information telling people how to sign up to receive recall information. How messed up is that? So, basically the people that know about the recall didn't need the label to begin with, and the people that wouldn't know to register without the label telling them to, may never find out...

I hope that there are no serious issues discovered later on.
