New with the tags still attached. Price marked is $20, asking $6.50 shipped. Size is 12 to 24 months, but they are stretchy. They have a fleece lining inside, and knit on the outside, for two layers of warmth and softness inside. The photo is a side view of the hat. It swoops down on the sides to cover the ears, and has cute braided tassels about five inches long. I have several of these, all brand new. I bought them for a photo shoot and didn't end up using them.
