Does anyone have a Nissan Versa (be it hatchback or sedan, though we're looking at the hatchback).

How do the car seats fit in it? What seats do you have, how many acoss can you fit, etc. etc. etc. Dish out as much info as you can, please!

Thanks in advance. Any year Versa

I saw it and particularly I liked the huge back seat.

I have used a True Fit Premiere in a Versa. It doesn't allow a ton of room for the front passenger, but certainly enough. I found it installed better outboard because the middle seat has a hump. If you stroll down in this thread there are some pics. :)

I know another poster on here also uses True Fits in her Versa. She said she had tried a Radian RF in there and she could fit it in the center because it went between the seats, but not outboard if she wanted a front passenger. You can read our conversation about it here. Although this poster said she couldn't install a RN in the center (but has some good install info on other seats in the Versa).

If you scroll down to the bottom of this thread the poster is giving me some good tips on installing seats in a Versa too.

That's all the seat info I've got on the Versa so far! HTH.

We have an '08 Versa (sedan). Right now we have a rear facing True Fit Premier behind the passenger and a Frontier behind the driver. We have also had a Nautilus installed behind the driver and until recently had two rear facing Marathons outboard. All of the installs were super easy with LATCH or seatbelt (well, with exception of the Frontier, which was a little tricky to install with the seatbelt.)

Other seats we have "tested" when carseat shopping were the Evenflo Triumph Advance (rearfacing, outboard, LATCH or seatbelt), the Radian (RF and FF, center and outboard, LATCH or seatbelt), a True Fit (installs identically to the TFP).

I installed a TF in my friends versa (hatchback) last week.

Her DH is tall 6'5 so I had to put the TF behind the passenger seat otherwise he couldn't drive.

Currently there is plently of room because her DD is under 22 lbs and does not have the headrest on, her DD is 13 months but the TF is still installed at 45 degrees because there is some serious head droopage otherwise. Once the headrest gets put on (i'd guess within the next few weeks) i am not sure how much room the passenger will have.
