    Question Should it be this hard to get LO in & out of seat?

    We just started using our new BLVD 70 and I'm hating it b/c it's taking me forever to get LO buckled in. I'm thinking there must be an easier way! So, what am I doing wrong? I'm wondering if the harness/headwings are too low? What's difficult is that there's almost no room to get the harness...
