my DS#1 will be 5 on april 19th. he's between 35-40lbs he was 35 on our scale at home in just his boxers. he's tall and skinny. last time i measured him he was 42ish in tall. he's in a evenflo big kid deluxe he was 45lbs when i bought it for him after his 4th birthday. he sits in it just fine...- mamamonkmee

Carseat for my 2yo with Down syndrome
1st off he turned 2 in Oct. he's 30lbs and 35in tall. he has pretty good muscle tone. he's currently in a AOE that rf to 35lbs and ff to 40lbs he's erf.
