Rearfacing legroom - Bvld CT vs Diono

I am starting the hunt for seats for my 5 month old twins now so I can watch for deals ;) They are fairly tall little girls so this is all new to me - my first was never more than 15th centile for height. She had a G2 Blvd which I loved and she was able to RF in it happily to age 3.5 yrs...

Question Anyone actually seen the KF30 yet?

Just wondering about the fabric on them... I was in Sears and got a chance to do a feel test on the KF22 in a couple of different patterns - Cubes and Chevron.. both were awful! Rough and felt like they would make for a very sweaty baby :( Hoping the KF30 is much softer....

    Question (Canada) 2013 Subaru Forester

Asking for a friend - She has an 8 yr old, a 5 yr old (both in Radians FF right now but open to boostering the 8 yr old). Has tried Clek Olli and Harmony LiteRider in both center (didn't fit on hump) and outboard (don't seem to sit flat there). Baby on the way... Need to do 3 across the...

    Question 2005 Odyssey install

Hello - I just bought a used Ody as my main vehicle... interesting bit: I have never seen it in person nor have I driven it ;) It was in the same city as my dad lives in so he went and checked it out for me (he was in the car business for 20+ years, service and sales so no worries!). Since I...

Question If you could pick any infant seat...

Space not an issue (minivan captains chairs)... Babies will be early (yes, babies... two of them!)... our first was small at birth and still is, for reference, has remained 5th centile for height and 25th centile for weight. What would you choose and why?

    Question 2007 Hyundai Entourage

I'm in Canada :) So... since we recently found out that we are going to change from a family of 3 to a family of 5, common sense has hit us with the fact that the 4 door car is just not going to be overly convenient, nor functional once these two new babies arrive in the summer. We live in a...

    Question 3 across desperation

Hi :) I drive a 2002 Mazda Protege (4 dr sedan) and we recently found out we are gonna need to have TWO infant seats plus a FF harnessed seat this summer. Is this even possible?? HELP! We currently have a G2 BLVD but I suspect it's far too wide! Currently, our 3 yr old is RFing in it -...

Question Peg infant Seat - Canada

I see that Sears is now carrying the Peg Perego 30/30 infant bucket.. I know it's not generally a tech recommended seat, but what is it that isn't so great? I do remember hearing that install can be difficult in some cars, maybe  It's on sale right now for $225 so in line with many...

Question Front to back measurement (SR35 vs B-Safe)

Anyone out there have either of these installed right now and willing to run out and measure your front to back measurement? I was set on the B-Safe but have fears of a tank baby who will outgrow by weight... The added grow room of the SR35 would be awesome if it will fit in my car! I have an...

    Question SnugRide30 or B-Safe (Canada)

Do kids generally outgrow by height or weight? In Canada, we have the SnugRide30 (limits are 30lbs/30") and the B-Safe (limits are 22lbs/32"). If you had to pick one, which would you choose and why? Stroller is not an issue as I am a babywearer and only have an umbrella stroller... Thanks :)

Question Infant seats - interior fabric

My first baby had a Maxi Cosi Mico (DOM was 2010 - one of the last ones with the older head hugger before the new nest style) and the material of the seat is what sold me - it was a really soft microfiber! Now that #2 is on the horizon, I am looking at seats again and finding that the majority...

    B-Safe 22lbs vs 30lbs

Anyone know why the B-Safe is only approved at 22 lbs in Canada, but 30lbs in the USA? Is it the same seat? Has it been tested for 30lbs here in Canada at all, or was it and it failed? TIA :)

Question Canada: anyone install a Radian RXT in a Mazda Protege?

DD is RF in a BLVD65 right now but leg room is starting to make her crabby... she's 2 yrs 4 months - weighs just 24 lbs and is almost 34" tall now. I want to keep her RF as long as I can...
