    New Myride65 head support Q

    So my daughter is just over 3 months old. We just got one of the new myride65s. The head support thing is rediculous! When we put the slots under the harness, it smooshes her shoulders together and pushes the strap covers into her neck. Do I really have to use this thing? Is there any other way?
