    Safe Seat 1 lockoff ?

    Quick question about the SafeSeat 1 lockoff. I can get a great install with the SafeSeat1 in my 2007 Sienna using the seatbelt and built in lockoff. It doesn't move at all. Do I then lock the seat belt too, or just leave the seatbelt "free?" (Does that make sense?) Katie
