    Latch AND Seatbelt?

    Would it be safer at all to use both the latch AND the shoulder/lap belt combo.? Or is it unsafe? Just curious!

    Tethering RF Blvd.?

    How important is it to tether the Blvd. RF?? It just seems to get in the way of things, but if it helps with safety, I will certainly keep it that way. Maybe I'm all wrong about it! Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
