ISO Radian D-Ring (Rear Facing Tether)

Advice on Seats for NYC trip
We'll be traveling to NYC next month. We have a direct flight from Tampa to JFK, then will take the air train to the subway. We will not be in a taxi at all. My kids are 2.5 and 3.5. Opinions please- dh hit radian with his car. =O
Hey Everyone... I wanted to get some opinions. Tonight, dh was replacing the brakes on our jeep in the driveway.
