Update! *added photos in recent post* Car seats for two babies I watch

Re: Car seats for two babies I watch I know in the last one it looks like the NextFit is pushing on the Guide65 but I guarantee it's not. The Guide65 was already slightly angled like that. They are touching each other but both seats have their own, independent, solid install.

Update! *added photos in recent post* Car seats for two babies I watch

Ok, so I asked a few days ago for car seat suggestions for two babies I watch. One is almost 1.5 years and one is 11 months. I have a 1999 Suburnan and need to have them both next to each other in the second row (on the 60 portion of the bench) so my three older kids can get in and out of the...

Watching two babies at once...need seat(s)...

So I watch my cousin's one-year-old and also my friend's eleven-month-old. They are both a little bigger than average but not too much. The one-year-old is RF in a Chicco Nextfit but I would love to have a seat for the other little guy. Currently I'm able to put the eleven-month-old's bucket...

    Question Convertible Car Seat Help!

Hi there! I watch three different babies throughout the week. They are all what I would call a little bigger than average size. They are 8 months, 10 months, and 16 months. I'd like to get a convertible seat for myself to just leave installed in my car. I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban. I would like...

    Expiration date

I have a Graco Nautilus with a DOM of 07/25/2010. How can I tell if it's one of the older seats where the expiration date on the harness portion is 6 years as opposed to the newer ones that have a 9 year expiration? Posted via Mobile Device

    HBB rec for broad-shouldered seven-year-old

So my seven (almost eight) year-old has basically outgrown his FR85 by height. I've tried him in his big sister's Recaro Performance booster and he fits pretty snugly. He has about a finger width of room on either side of his shoulders (I can slide my hands in on either side). I am just worried...

    Booster for my eight-year-old DD

Hello there! So I am still pretty new to this whole booster business. We have a couple of Graco HBBs as back-up seats for my two oldest kiddos but that's the extent of my experience. Anyway, my DD has been riding in one of those Gracos for a while now (she outgrew her Frotier, the original one)...

Weight limit for booster portion of the Frontier 80

Hey there! I have a Britax Frontier 80 and there is no posted limit that I can find ANYWHERE for the seat in booster mode. Anyone know what it is?!

    Booster Options for 8-year-old

My DD is almost 8. She has just outgrown her original Frontier. I'd really like a booster that is more 'beefy'. There is a headrest where she sits and I wouldn't plan to use it for any kind of three-across situation. (We have a spare HBB Turbo for that). Suggestions?

    Accord Tether Anchor Question

In what year did Honda start putting tether anchors in the Accord? Thanks! :D

    1999 Suburban tether anchor

So I went to the Pick-N-Pull and got several "tether anchors" like what is pictured in the link below. http://www.car-seat.org/showpost.php?p=535715&postcount=6 They are the same part as the sewn in buckles in the front seating positions in similar model GMC/Chevy vehicles and there were quite...

    LATCH limit on Acadia?

My friend has an original body style Acadia, not sure which year though. What is the weight limit for LATCH on that vehicle? She is looking for either a GN or an Evenflo SecureKid 400 to replace an original MA. TIA! :D

Need an inexpensive convertible to get by for a while

Hey there everyone! I am looking for a friend for an inexpensive convertible that she can use for a while until I am done with my Marathon. Her DD is nine months old and average size. Any suggestions? They are both unemployed and work mostly odd jobs and their unemployment has finally run out...
