Top Tether Question for BLVD

Briar is in a BLVD, this fall when the new baby arrives she will have to go in the 3rd row of my Kia Sedona.

There are two top tether anchors in the 3rd row, one set of LATCH anchors. I would like to keep Zaylor LATCHed sideboard in his Parkway. My question is, can her BLVD be sideboard and anchored with the middle top tether? Or does she need to be in the middle seat position? Or should I put her on the right sideboard with LATCH and top tether, and NOT LATCH Zaylor's Parkway?

She cannot be in the outboard position and use the center top tether anchor.
Here's what you can do, in my order of preference:
Keep the booster in the LATCH position and put the Boulevard center with the tether anchor. Of course, you have to make sure that they actually fit this way; that the booster rider can fit their hand between to buckle, and not accidentally unbuckle the BV (and will tell you immediately if it does happen).
Keep the booster in the LATCH position and put the Boulevard outboard, untethered.

I don't see any benefit to putting her in the LATCH position and putting the booster in the non-LATCH position. You lose the benefit of having a LATCHable booster, namely that it will not be a projectile if unoccupied and you/Z doesn't have to remember to buckle it when empty.

I would rather have her in the middle, tethered. I'm going to do a test run install and see how it works. My booster rider (he'll be 6.5) is very cautious, and responsible. He would definetely tell me if he accidentally unbuckled her seat.
