Question Booster ideas - Elantra Touring?

I finally replaced my crapvan with a newer Elantra Touring and I love it! However, my 9yo can't buckle her hb parkway at all. It is hard for me as well, and buckling her in for every ride is getting old fast. I think I am ok with moving her to a backless because we now have side airbags. Does anyone have any advice on boosters that work nicely? I'll need a HBB for Sam shortly too, and I only own parkways galore!

Do you want one that latches? I'd try the graco affix, if you have them in CA. Not as tall as the parkway with back but a nice booster overall, IMO. You can get backless or highback. Might make for easier buckling.

When we had an 06 regular elantra, the sunshine kids Monterey worked well for us. Diono is rereleasing it soon and I think I saw that they were releasing it in Canada at the same time. We love ours.

Congrats on the new ride!
Do you guys have the Cosco Ambassador/High Rise in Canada? That is surprisingly comfy and easy to buckle (low, narrow back portion, wide/deep front for thigh support), it was a favorite of my older kids.

Latch would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Not sure if the monterey will work with the head restraints, but I'll give it a try! And I hadn't thought of the affix, the might be boxy enough to work. Thanks!

Oh another I hadn't thought of. I don't know if we still have it, will look!

Whaaaaaaat? Don't you love your child enough to pay 10 times more for a slab of plastic and cloth not much thicker than a milk jug? For shaaaaaaame!

(Uh, I'm kidding. That price is profoundly insane :p)
