Find me a tech!

Hi all,
A couple of years ago, a bunch of my family moved west to California. One of those people is my cousin, who is currently expecting. While I'd drive to her if she were anywhere on the east coast, that is now not possible. I'd like to find her a good tech in the Berkeley CA area. Any recommendations?

Thanks, but I'd much rather a referral. Having run a state program, I also know some of those techs don't do 3 seats a year.

I have enough passing acquaintance with Katie Honegger I would send people to her, I believe her to be a good and knowledgeable tech. She's in Hayward. If that's too far, you could contact her and ask if she would recommend anyone closer.
