Question Wondering if my car seat is expired

I have a grace car seat model # 1779382 Manufacture date of 4/30/2011. Is this carseat still safe to use?

Most likely, yes, it is expired. Graco stamps the expiration date into all of their seats. It will be molded into the plastic on the back or bottom of the seat somewhere. It will say something like, “Do not use this restraint after...”

Your manual says your Smart Seat is good for 10 years. So no, it's good for another couple of years.

But as aporthole said, it's stamped on the underside.
