Where's that info about FF tethering and neck loads?

Please anyone? I *KNOW* I have seen it but don't know where it is!

Hmmmm...not really...but maybe... I guess it would be the Scandinavians who are anti FF harnessing (not necessarily tethered, they are just anti FF big kids harnessing altogether), maybe they have something? But it's www.carseat.org technical that has the increased neck loads when RF spiel.

Darnit thanks I can remember there being a pdf file about it lol. Thanks for that link though! I think the same thing does apply, as I remember reading about some Euro research ages ago. ARgh darn memory.
