Vent What now!? Seat belt issues

So the other day when I was organizing and counting the gazillion boxes of girl scout cookies, I saw that the rear passenger outboard seat was pulled all the way out. When I played with it, it still did not retract back in smoothly :(. I will have to get it fixed and seat belts are not cheap.

I did that to someone's car this weekend at a check! She and I both jiggled it a bunch, and it went back in before they left. I suggested they get it looked at the next time they go in, make sure it's ok, but otherwise it was fine. So go and play with it, see if you can get it back in. Pull it out a whole bunch of times. Seriously, I think it was probably 100 times she and I pulled the belt before it went back in.
