What is the safest way to seat everyone in our 2019 F-150

We recently purchased a camper and 2019 F-150 and will be taking our first trip with them in a few weeks. I am wondering what the safest seating arrangement will be for all of us in the truck.

We have a 16 year old daughter, 14 year old son, 11 year old son, and 8 year old daughter. Our 8 year old is in a backless booster, the older 3 just use seatbelts. My preference would be to put 3 children in the backseat and one up front between me and my husband, but I could ride in the backseat or front middle seat if need be when I am not driving. All 6 seats have a shoulder belt and headrest which is why we chose that truck.

Hoping for help figuring out the safest way to seat everyone, in particular who we should put up front with us. It will be a 5-6 hour drive each way, so I want to be sure we are all as safe and comfortable as possible.

The oldest people should ride up front. Ideally 2 adults and 16 year old. Put everyone in a space where the shoulder belt and lap belt fit them well and they have support from the head restraints up to the top of the ears or higher. Other than that no constraints on who sits where!
