Question What happened yo the Diono StratoFix?

I was up at Diono in march and saw the prototype. I was told at that time it was still in the line up of possible future releases, but it is very much in preproduction mode and will not be ready for quite a while.

Maybe it'll change to a combo seat or get taller top slots.

I kinda wish they'd just add taller top slots to the RNs. Then it would last the majority of littles all the way until time for a HBB.

It is a FF only seat with a load leg.

I am guessing it is similar to the load leg that is on the new Cybex Aton 2

Oh, that looks neat. (I would definitely buy an Aton 2 if I was pregnant. That seat is awesome.)

Personally, I love the concept of a CR that does ONE thing and does it really well. But at that price point, I'm not sure how many would actually sell. Last time I asked about it (at LS), I got the "the look" that basically told me it's not coming anytime soon - if ever.

Hopefully we'll find out more at ABC this fall.
