What color booster does 10-12-year-old want?

If it becomes an issue when they're 10, they can move to cheap backless boosters.

:yeahthatlove:

Really, there is almost no need for a 10-12 year old to ride in a high back. They will be fine riding in a backless of some sort, if they still need a booster at all. (if they prefer riding in a highback, then fine, but most probably won't, and don't NEED to.) And heck, my kids ARE homeschooled, and my 7 yo still begged to be allowed to have a backless, which is fine, since it fits beautifully, and that's what important in a booster, that it places the belts appropriately. Besides, an '11 ody has like.. a zillion side airbags, right? ;)

FWIW, 10YO DD2 stil  her sapphire blue original parkway, so I haven't had the heart to discard it after it expired, it's still in the garage - maybe DH can convert it to a desk chair for her LOL.

My 8 year old still enjoyed her pink booster with butterflies on it up until I had to replace it a week ago. I went with a green and black replacement though in anticipation that it would get passed on to my son. I agree with the others to just get what they like now.

I ended up tossing the cover with the damaged seat since it was looking pretty stained even after trying to wash it up. One of her spare seats, currently at her aunt's house, still has that cover though so at least she will be able to enjoy it from time to time.

Yeah but there is a HUGE difference between an 8 year old and an 11 year old :)
