Hi,
I'm expecting baby #3 in February and looking for a way to fit my six year old (in a booster), my almost four year old in a FF convertible and Chicco Keyfit 30 in my Lexus RX 330. Buying a new car isn't an option right now, we live overseas and are planning on moving back to the US in a year so we can't buy a new car right now. I also can't try out carseats at stores because I only have access to a small number of European carseats in the country we're living in.

Can I fit a Keyfit, Radian, and Graco booster in my backseat? I'm willing to buy a new carseat for my four year old if needed.

Please help!!

Are you set on the Keyfit? I don't have experience with that seat, but my concern would be the ability to get the oldest buckled. My DH has the 330, and we have 2 seats outboard, and I know we could not fit another seat in the middle with the seats we have (2 Boulevards). The Radian is a good seat and narrower in width. What about looking at the Combi Cocorro for the baby? It is 15" wide, vs the Keyfit at about 17" wide. That 2" may make it easier to get the booster buckled for your oldest.

I am sure some other folks on here will weigh in on 3 across in that vehicle. Congrats on your new little one!

Well, we bought the Keyfit, primarily because it was the infant seat we had with both our other kids, so I'm familiar with installing it. We'd prefer to keep that infant seat and buy new convertible seats if necessary.

A friend is giving us their old Radian (2 yrs old) and we're going to try that out, but you are right, I think fitting my hand between seats to buckle the booster is going to be difficult at best.

Thanks for the response!
