even the comfort sport and scenera have versions higher than 35 lbs.

Comfort Sport only RF to 30. But the new Graco Classic Ride goes up to 40. It's the same shell as the CS.

I wish they would up it too. It really would be the ideal seat with a 40 pound limit. And I was just thinking last night I wish they would retro it to 40!

But they've repeatedly said they have no plans to.

Ah, but remember how Britax used to say the same thing? That only lasted until so many other seats were released with 40lb limits.

Maybe when they're the last 35lb seat on the market they'll change their mind.

I wasn't a car seat nerd back whenever that was :p I've only been interested 8-10 months, after having my DD, then researching what I wanted to replace a crashed seat with. But that's interesting, I didn't know that!

My Target had it out on the shelf today with one available to buy :love: I loved seeing one in person. And although i wasn't a fan of the fabric type i LOVED the colors - very pretty..... :D

However at the $199 price point i don't think it will do well - Britax has the name recognition as does Graco and with so many other $200-$250 options i don't know how many people will choose it. My guess is, it doesn't remain on the car seat aisle more than a season or two. :(

At which point we all pick it up on clearance... ;)
