Shot in the dark, but would anyone with a LATCH manual mind telling me if my car is listed and what parts it needs? I haven't found much, but I believe there's a bolt between each bose speaker array in the rear deck which can be replaced with the anchor for my Rava Nuna, but may need a specific spacer from the Mercedes dealer. I'm going to call a few times (so far the 2 people I talked to were not helpful), but knowing the part # would be immensely helpful.

Hi there! You should indeed have 3 weld nuts on the filler panel, one behind each seating position, for installing a tether anchor for each seat.

However, the only part that Mercedes-Benz supplies is a spacer for use with a generic tether anchor kit, which used to be commonly supplied with car seats but no longer. Nuna does not manufacture such a kit. (The spacer part number is 100 99 104 40.)

If I were you, I would consider using an Ez-On Heavy Duty Tether Anchor kit, which they have approved using on a case by case basis with other car seats in the past, as long as the overall weight limit of 168 lbs (including car seat) is followed; another option is to continue to rear face to booster age (may be possible in a Rava!) and then switch to a booster (which typically perform better on several criteria, including head injury criteria, than an untethered harness seat.)
