Too tall for a booster?

My 10 year old daughter is almost 59 inches, and around 84 pounds. I've been keeping her in a high-backed booster, because the belt was still positioned correctly, but I just checked the manual and saw that not only has she outgrown the limits for the high-back (Graco Turbobooster) but also for the backless booster, both of which only allow for 57 inches (and 100lbs.) I'm not comfortable not keeping her in any booster at 10...

The bottoms of her ears are not above the seat back yet. Would it be awful to keep her in this booster for another year? Is it some sort of limit with this particular seat? Should I put her in the backless option for this seat or buy a different booster?

First of all, have you assessed her belt fit against the 5-Step test to see if she meets the requirements to go without a booster? Many kids will pass at 59” depending on the vehicle.

At her age and size, if she passes all points of the 5-Step test, she would be good to ditch the booster. I’m surprised the back of the TurboBooster was still fitting her at that height.

Also please note that the TOPS of her ears must be below the top of the vehicle seat or head restraint. You mentioned the bottoms of her ears were low enough, so just making sure the tops are too!
